For the technology geeks there’s yet another trendy concept gadget and stylish wrist watch to adorn. The design inspiration is made from the sun as such the watch is powered by the solar energy.  The French designer Olivier Demangel designed this chic “Solaris Watch” with LED. The watch is eco- friendly and the wraps and dial so well designed which makes it awesome.

The watch is without any numerals or buttons and other parts. The time is shown by the LEDs, with the hours on the extreme outer peripheral in blue whilst the 5 minutes are shown in the same location in purple. The single minutes are shown on the cross bars on the interior of the dial. The LED watch is perfect and is apt for one who adore futuristic looks. It acts as a beautiful bracelet and suits well both men and momen.

At the heart of the dial is the solar cell. As such for continous working the cell has to be powerful enough. During the night hours there’s no sunlight to power up the watch but no need to worry as it is equipped with an additional battery.
